Dry-aged in-house at Fireside from 30 days to develop a tender cut.

Reared in the mountains of Galicia, Spain. 100% grass-fed and free range. Fireside's signature cut, carved from the renowned red-blonde Rubia Gallega,

distinguished by its carotene-rich yellow fat and large size.

The meat of the Rubia Gallega has been voted as the best steak in the world,

due to its complex aroma. Expect notes of butter, cheese  and Iberico

ham enhanced by Fireside's extended dry-ageing process with each bite.

    Additional Information 

    Fireside is available for pick up & delivery from 12pm - 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

    Please place your order before 7 PM TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. Fireside is available for pickup and delivery (Monday to Saturday) from 12 pm - 7:30 pm.

    Pick up is welcome for any spend.

    Delivery is free within Hong Kong Island locations;

    Delivery fee for Kowloon location is subject to HKD 200; 

    Cutlery will not be provided with the order unless the request for it.
