One of Hong Kong's most popular fish breeds, usually served fried caught fresh daily by local fishermen.

Dry-aged for 3 days to enhance the crispiness of its silver skin, and add flavour to its naturally firm and tender meat with just the right amount of fat and oiliness. Charred over lychee wood and binchotan to add a layer of smokiness.

    Fireside is available for pick up & delivery from 12pm - 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

    Please place your order before 7 PM TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. Fireside is available for pickup and delivery (Monday to Saturday) from 12 pm - 7:30 pm.

    Pick up is welcome for any spend.

    Delivery is free within Hong Kong Island locations;

    Delivery fee for Kowloon location is subject to HKD 200; 

    Cutlery will not be provided with the order unless the request for it.
