Carima 15-24 months old cow, 45 days dry-aged

These medium-sized cattle have a white to white-grey coat.  Originally was it a triple-purpose breed, it was for work, dairy and beef cattle. Today mainly kept as beef cattle.
The animals grow up in the Italian Alpine meadows, where their diet mainly consists of from grasses and alpine herbs.  The combination of their living environment, diet and age ensure a finely marbled and juicy meat, with a nice bite.

Fireside is available for pick up & delivery from 12pm - 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please place your order before 7 PM TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. Fireside is available for pickup and delivery (Monday to Saturday) from 12 pm - 7:30 pm.

Pick up is welcome for any spend.

Delivery is free within Hong Kong Island locations;

Delivery fee for Kowloon location is subject to HKD 200; 

Cutlery will not be provided with the order unless the request for it.
