  • Join Executive Chef Miguel Gallo and Head Chef Jaime Ortolá of Fireside as they unveil the secrets of getting the best of this richly flavoured meat.

    In this course, you will:
    - Learn step-by-step how to make Fireside's dry-aged Rubia Gallega Beef Tartare with pickles and 75-day dry aged rare breed Rubia Gallega Bone-in Steak.

    A cooking kit will be provided, including:

    • 75 days dry-aged Rubia Gallega (6 yr old cow) Steak (600g),
    • Beef for tartare (200g),
    • Housemade dressing


    Customer to prepare at home:

    • Shallots,
    • olive oil,
    • pickles,
    • bread

Fireside is available for pick up & delivery from 12pm - 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please place your order before 7 PM TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE. Fireside is available for pickup and delivery (Monday to Saturday) from 12 pm - 7:30 pm.

Pick up is welcome for any spend.

Delivery is free within Hong Kong Island locations;

Delivery fee for Kowloon location is subject to HKD 200; 

Cutlery will not be provided with the order unless the request for it.
